"No stage is too big for these guys"

Empyre perform intense, atmospheric rock, with a dark and introspective edge to their writing. In the words of BBC Introducing their music ranges from “Triumphant, chest beating rock” to more subtle but just as arresting numbers inviting you to do the deepest of soul searching. This is a gritty, lyrically engaging and profound style of rock music you have not heard before.

2019 saw the release of their debut album ‘Self Aware’ and the band gaining attention from the likes of Classic Rock Magazine with a 'High Hopes' feature and Kerrang! describing their sound as "slick, vast and like the music was written with the help of an architectural blue print for an arena".

Planet Rock heralded the band as ‘Ones to Watch’, playlisted their music, booked them for Winter's End 2020 and premiered the video for the song ‘Stone’.

The year culminated with an acoustic show at Arena Birmingham before Shinedown & Alter Bridge and a packed-out headline show at The Water Rats, London.

2020 started in fantastic fashion with Empyre winning Classic Rock Magazine's "Track Of The Week" for 'My Bad', Guitar World featuring them in their "Sick Riffs" YouTube series, and after a momentous performance at Planet Rock Winter's End immediately being booked for a main stage performance at Planet RockStock in December.

Recently Empyre have been making the most of the opportunity afforded by the Corona Virus pandemic “lockdown” by filming a plethora of videos including music videos, their 'Isolation Sessions', the video series 'Empyre at Home' and now releasing new music with a succession of studio recorded acoustic tracks.
